Chef Rodney Huber

Chef Huber is a graduate of the USC Culinary Institute. Having grown up in Europe, he brings an application of varied European cuisines to a light and elegant Southern menu. His passion for food and wine is evident in his style of presentation.

Executive Chef Craig Carrier

Chef Carrier earned his degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island and was formally trained in French Classical at Ecole Superior de Cuisine Francaise in Paris. Since 1997 Chef Carrier has specialized in weddings. In addition to fine foods prepared with the freshest ingedients, Chef offers wedding and special occassion cakes prepared on-site.
